We’ve undertaken some serious training in guitar set up with the big names and we guarantee to get the best out of your axe. We are also proud to have MEGtronics doing amplifier and electronic repair from our Castle Hill store.

Body work, bridge resets, glues, re-fretting From $POA, subject to change depending on job

Pickup installation From $60.00 for piezo installation, from $120 for piezo + preamp installation

Electric Guitar and Bass Guitar

Restring and clean $30.00 + choice of string

Restring, clean and action adjustment $45.00 + choice of string

Full service, restring, action adjustment, truss rod adjustment, fret dress and polish, machine head maintenance, intonation and harmonics, service of electronics, clean and polish from $120.00 + choice of string.

Brass and Woodwind Instruments

General service From $100.00, subject to change depending on instrument

All other repairs, including bent keys, worn pads Subject to quoting. Any major work sent to Tom Sparkes Instrument Repairs and require a $30.00 non-refundable handling fee. This fee is to cover courier and handling, should the repair not go ahead this fee is not refunded.

Amplifier, Effects Pedals, Speaker Systems

All amp, effect and speaker repairs done in-house by MEGtronics Professional Audio Repairs. A $125.00 non-refundable bench fee is required and goes towards the final cost of the repair. Should the repair not go ahead, this fee is not refunded. All repairs subject to quoting.
