Exchanges, Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop at Maxx Music.

Please choose carefully when purchasing as we do not refund for change of mind or made the wrong decision.

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us and we will help to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Maxx Music will offer an exchange on selected items within 7 days of purchasing. The items must be in the original unopened packaging and you must have proof of purchase.

You are entitled to a Refund, Repair or Exchange if the item is to be found faulty, within warranty terms.

Some items are unable to be refunded or exchanged, see below:

- Computer Software, due to copyright.

- Opened string packets or any item that has been taken out of the original packaging and not faulty.

- Sheet Music / Music Books / CDs & DVDs etc, due to copyright.

- Any clearance items

- Special orders (items that are not stocked, but ordered in specifically for you)

- Harmonicas, Microphones, Recorders, Kazoos / Jaw Harps / Tin Whistles, Mouthpieces, Reeds, Brass & Woodwind Instruments, ear plugs, due to hygiene reasons.

Any costs/shipping fees incurred in returning items to Maxx Music are the responsibility of the purchaser.
